Weekly yard cleanup for people with better things to do on a Saturday.
First cleanup free with weekly · No contract · Cancel any week
A gate photo hits your phone before we pull away. You always know we came.
The same person every visit. They learn your gate, your dogs, your yard.
Every pile double-bagged and tied off, then into your bin. Nothing left in the yard.
Flat monthly price. Cancel any week, no fee and no conversation about it.
You don't need to be home, and you don't need to move anything. Four things happen, in this order, every time.
Your yard has a fixed day each week. Leave the gate unlocked and go about your morning.
Grass, gravel, rock lines, side runs and under the bushes — not just the parts that are easy to walk.
Every pile is double-bagged, tied off and dropped in your trash bin before we leave. Nothing sits out in the yard.
A photo of the latched gate lands on your phone, so you know the yard is clear and closed.
One price per month, billed the same day every month. Sign up for monthly billing and everything drops 10%.
per month · one dog · $27 a visit on monthly billing
per month · one dog · $16.20 a visit on monthly billing
one time · one dog · double the base rate
Prices shown include the 10% monthly-billing discount. Paying visit by visit works too, at $18 a visit weekly or $30 a visit bi-weekly. Bi-weekly costs more per visit because two weeks of build-up takes longer to clear — which is why weekly ends up being only $11 more a month for twice the service. Sanitizing treatment is $10 a visit on any plan. Larger lots and four-plus dogs are quoted after a look at the address.
First clean is free when you start weekly. Lots over a third of an acre are quoted after we look at the address.
Dog waste is high in nitrogen and salt. Left in place through a Phoenix summer it scorches turf into the yellow rings you're already fighting.
Heat is what turns a tolerable yard into one you close the door on. Removing waste weekly is the only thing that actually fixes it.
Roundworm and giardia spread through waste left on the ground. Regular removal breaks the cycle before your dog picks it back up.
Most people stop letting kids play out back long before they call anyone. A clean yard is the whole point of having one.
Residents complain to you, not to the dog owner. We service common areas, dog runs and pet stations on a fixed route so the complaint stops arriving.
Rates drop as properties cluster onto the same route. Send us the addresses and we'll price the group.
Call (480) 371-7320We service neighborhoods, not scattered addresses. Once three homes on the same street share a day, that street becomes a fixed weekly stop — and everyone who helped get it there gets paid for it.
Currently running Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Apache Junction and San Tan Valley.
Short drives between stops are the whole reason we can hold these prices. Sending us next door genuinely lowers our cost, so we hand that back rather than pocket it. There's no cap and no expiry — four neighbors is about a month of weekly service, free. The credit applies to regular visits, not to a first clean.
Have them mention your street when they call (480) 371-7320 and we'll credit you both automatically.
No. Most customers never meet their tech. We just need the gate accessible — unlocked, or a code we keep on file. The photo we send after each visit shows the gate latched behind us.
Tell us up front and we'll work around it. Plenty of dogs are fine with us in the yard, and our techs are used to it. If yours would rather we didn't, put them in before your service window and we'll never cross paths.
It gets double-bagged, tied off and placed in your trash bin before we leave, so nothing sits out in the yard between visits. If your bin setup is unusual, mention it when you call and we'll work around it.
Monsoon days get pushed, not skipped. We come the next dry day at no extra charge, and you'll get a text when your visit moves.
One flat charge per month on the same date, by card or bank transfer. Months with a fifth week cost the same as any other. No per-visit invoices to chase.
Any week, for any reason, with no fee. Send a text and we stop. There's no contract to read and nobody will call to talk you out of it.
Happens to almost everyone who calls, and it doesn't faze us. The first clean is built for exactly that — we get the yard back to zero once, then regular visits keep it there. It's double the base rate because it takes about twice as long, and it's free when you start weekly.
Tell us the address and how many dogs. We'll come back with a flat monthly number and the day of the week we can put you on — usually the same day you ask.
